研究领域

本课题组致力于从生物信息学、系统生物学、大数据、人工智能与中西医药交叉的角度,提出“网络靶标”新概念,建立网络药理学新方法,从网络与系统的角度研究消化道炎症和肿瘤的生物机制、中医个体化诊疗机理和防治药物,推动建立新一代中西医智慧医疗。主要方向包括:
1. 利用中西医学生物大数据,以信息与系统的观点,分析炎症和肿瘤等疾病和中医证候的复杂生物网络
2. 以炎症和肿瘤的生物网络为干预靶标,分析药物、中医药的作用机制,发展系统控制复杂疾病的新方法
3. 网络药理学、生物信息学中的信息处理和复杂网络分析方法
