教育背景

1985 年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系,获理学学士学位

1986 年获美国Texas A&M 大学物理系理学硕士学位

1991 年获美国Texas A&M 大学电机工程系哲学博士学位 (Ph.D.)

工作履历

1991 至 2004 年在美国科技工业界从事研究、开发和管理工作。主要成果有:设计和开发无线宽带 ATM 系统 (日本电气公司(NEC)美国实验室),设计中高轨道卫星系统的包交换 (packet switching) 系统架构 (BBN 技术公司),设计并管理首个基于 IPsec 及数字签名认证的 VPN 网络服务 (GTE Internetworking)。

2004 年10 月至今在清华大学自动化系任教授。

研究领域

网络安全、传感器网络、网络多媒体系统、复杂系统动力学。
