研究概况

近年来致力于研究癌症组学信息处理的理论与方法,在癌症组学数据低维特征学习、癌症分子特征与标志物计算识别等方面取得了若干成果。在生物信息学与基因组学领域重要期刊Nucleic Acids Research、Bioinformatics、BMC Genomics,以及生物医学领域重要期刊Gastroenterology、Nature Communications等杂志上发表过多篇论文。
