The National Engineering Laboratory of E-Commerce Trading Technology is the only national scientific research institution in the field of e-commerce in China approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. The laboratory is led by Tsinghua University, and the co construction and cooperation units include the Central University of Finance and Economics, Shandong University, Beihang University, Beijing Huanding Environmental Big data Research Institute, Yibang Power Research Institute, China Item Coding Center, etc.
In terms of theoretical innovation, the concept and framework of e-commerce basic information facilities were proposed and implemented in response to the common needs of the e-commerce market; In the era of the Internet of Wisdom, a new interdisciplinary direction of interdisciplinary integration between natural sciences and social sciences has been proposed - Wisdom Science and Engineering. In 2015, the International Alliance for Wisdom Science and Engineering was established, and the International Journal of Crowd Science international academic journal was founded. Annual international academic conferences on Wisdom Science and Engineering were held consecutively.
In terms of technological breakthroughs, we have researched and developed a series of technologies and systems for e-commerce basic information infrastructure, including trustworthy transaction guarantee, electronic contracts, electronic invoices, cross-border e-commerce comprehensive services, and e-commerce market operation monitoring. We have developed dozens of industry standards and led the development of over 20 national standards. We have conducted research and development on the intelligent digital ontology theory and technology, precise interconnection theory and technology, intelligent transaction theory and technology, trust guarantee theory and technology, and the Zhongzhi network operation platform, as well as core key technologies, and have achieved a series of research results.
In terms of practical guidance, the developed e-commerce trustworthy transaction guarantee public service platform, electronic contract management and service platform, electronic invoice management and public service platform, cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service platform, etc. have been successfully piloted and applied, covering provinces and cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Guizhou, etc. In the field of agriculture, research and develop a networked intelligent agricultural industry operation platform, and carry out the construction of future networked intelligent agricultural demonstration projects; In the field of ecological and environmental protection, we have researched and developed a networked intelligent ecological and environmental monitoring and service platform, and developed a new environmental monitoring and service system starting from the source and process of pollutant generation, promoting the development of new green ecological industries.
In terms of think tank support, the laboratory has become a think tank of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Central Cyberspace Office, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Market Regulation and other government agencies. I have mainly participated in the research and drafting of policy documents such as the "Opinions of the State Council on Vigorously Developing E-commerce and Accelerating the Cultivation of New Economic Power", the "Implementation Plan for Promoting E-commerce Development in Three Years (2016-2018)" of the National Development and Reform Commission, the "Development Strategy for China's Digital Economy", and the "13th Five Year Plan for E-commerce Development" of the Ministry of Commerce. Participated in the establishment of national e-commerce demonstration cities, the Ministry of Commerce's national e-commerce demonstration base, the State Administration for Market Regulation's e-commerce credible transaction guarantee pilot, and the State Administration of Taxation
