传统显微镜,受限于时空带宽积、组织散射、光学像差以及光毒性等的物理局限,远不足以满足跨尺度介观活体显微观测在三维成像速度、成像时长、视场以及空间分辨率上的需要。我的研究主要聚焦于应用计算成像方法,综合编码光学设计与计算重构,突破传统光学成像极限,实现大范围跨尺度活体显微观测,为研究哺乳动物体内大规模细胞或细胞器相互作用提供了新途径,支撑了包括脑科学、肿瘤科学以及免疫学的发展。
