Pattern recognition and intelligent systems is an important branch of control science and engineering, which combines theory and practice closely and has wide application value.
It is designed to meet the urgent need of the current industrial system for collaborative decision-making and intelligent control. Considering that the research object has evolved from simple systems to complex systems and is transitioning to intelligent systems, this discipline, relying on intelligent unmanned systems and industrial intelligent control and taking smart city as the fusion target, focuses on exploring the collaborative decision-making mechanism for swarm intelligence, so as to construct the transportation energy system of information physics fusion in smart city, and form the theoretical system of intelligent group decision-making and control.
Guided by control theory and based on modern science and technology such as electronics and microcomputers, this discipline, in combination with the latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence, researches on intelligent sensing, detection, and alarm technology, mainly including hazardous chemical monitoring technology, biomedical signal detection, new high-power power supply converter technology, fault detection and fault diagnosis of electronic systems, consumer digital electronics technology and applications, etc., by means of software and hardware synthesis.
Taking aviation, aerospace, navigation, vehicles, robots, and other intelligent unmanned systems as research objects, this discipline studies the situational awareness, task and motion planning, integrated navigation, guidance and intelligent control, system architecture design, and theory and technology of group intelligent games, based on mathematics, mechanics, control theory and engineering, information science and technology, system science, artificial intelligence technology, computer technology, sensing and measurement technology, modelling, and simulation technology, so as to provide technical solutions for intelligent and autonomous decision-making and control of intelligent unmanned systems.
This discipline uses theories and methods of system theory, information theory, cybernetics, and artificial intelligence to solve the technical problems of operation, management, R&D, production, and service in the industrial manufacturing process. Additionally, according to the whole life cycle of products, it realizes the intellectualization of R&D, design, and manufacturing of products through intelligent perception, human-machine interactive learning, autonomous decision-making, and automatic execution technologies. From the perspective of system theory, it studies the structure model, operation mechanism, and technology system of manufacturing enterprises; from the perspective of information theory, it studies the evolution law of its management mode, operation mode, product development design mode, and production and manufacturing mode; from the perspective of cybernetics and artificial intelligence, it studies the theory and methods of cooperative control, intelligent decision-making, and optimization in complex manufacturing and operation management process. This second-level discipline shows the deep fusion and integration of information technology, intelligent technology and manufacturing technology, which is an interdisciplinary discipline of automatic control, computer, management science, and mechanics.
Based on information, control, system and intelligence technologies, theories, and ideas, this discipline researches on the information laws of living systems at the molecular, cellular, phenotypic, and systemic levels. It studies the information processing and pattern recognition methods of DNA, RNA, protein, and other biomics data and health care data. It further studies the analysis, design, and artificial synthesis technologies of synthetic gene lines and systems with DNA molecules as basic components, and the application of these technologies in intelligent tumor targeted intervention.
